There have a closer spec than the same parts for an aircooled engine. I fail to see their point though. 10/30 oil is the viscosity rating warm and cold.

My change interval for the synthetics is 5,000 miles. Like SilverF, I use Mobil1 10w30 car oil, and the slightly larger car oil filter (Purolater).
