Cannot sign into xfinity.
So to access the xfinity gateway administrator login page you need to go into a browser type in 10.x.x.1 (x can be replaced with whatever number was set as the ip) and normally a login screen to the modems admin settings SHOULD appear. For thr past week, however, i have been unable to access the login page. It just times out.
I solved this a few days ago. My old email was used on an old account at Xfinity I had from a few years ago. I had to change my email address and change my phone number to a new number. When I would log in, the app would think I was trying to log into the old account.
