I've searched on here and on youtube and can't seem to find a concise ranking. I believe the below are the methods for cooking meat: Baking directly on fire via stick or house stove/fireplace. Smoking via house stove/fireplace. Boiling in water via pot or pan. Cooking in fat via pot or pan.

I dont know about cooking pots but yellow cases and ammo boxes last much longer than 8 days. A buddy of mine has an ammo box laying behind his tent that he thru away two weeks ago and its still there.
