Good day! I took my NCLEX RN exam yesterday 8am, Nov. 16, 2021. Stopped at 145 questions. 49 SATAS, no computations. One student with me stopped at 145 questions did the PVT and had a good pop up. I was hesitant to do it but ended up doing. I got a bad pop up unfortunately 😭. Feeling so devastated.

Today was my second time taking the NCLEX and I felt a lot better than before. I got to 145 and right after I got the email I tried the Pearson trick and got the bad pop up. But I went on a deep dive online where there was a huge amount of people saying that they got the bad pop up with 145 and still passed.I took my NCLEX -RN on Friday and just found out I passed. I just wanted to share my experience in order to further normalize having to do the whole test. My test: 145 questions total - maybe around 20 SATA, lots of drag and drop, 3 EKG, lots of prioritization, and a lot of psych. On my quizzes, I got from 50-70%, with an average in the low to mid 60%. I had just taken my second attempt on May 2nd. I waited about 4 hours and tried the trick and received the "bad pop-up". The questions and the options both were straightforward. There were questions that made you pick between close options (neuro/abc). But if you read the questions carefully, you'd know one option is clearly better than the other, Idk if that makes sense. Took my NCLEX at 1300 today. Ended up taking all 145 questions. I felt so sick when I hit 75 and kept going, then 100 and kept going. Definitely not feeling good. I tried the trick and I think I got a good pop up, but still won’t believe it until I see that license. What are my chances of passing if I had to go all the way to 145?It's alright. The questions really crack down on SATA. I had a bout 50+ SATA on my NCLEX! UWORLD: I liked it but our school stopped supporting it and stuck with Kaplan. Questions are harder. MK: GOOD. Good on OB and LABS lecture and of course prioritization are good. After my test: I did my PVT within an hour, got the good pop up.

The 1# type of question you should get overall is priority type. Also alot of nclex questions have to do with safety so many questions you can eliminate choices when thinking in a safety mindset.
