The ECM is not seeing the relay. Try disconnecting the main power cable for the relay instead. The relay will still work. Just no longer supply power to the grid heater. More than I wanted to spend, but the only company that makes them specifically for the C&C trucks and plus I like the idea of the added flow of the intake horn.
