International parked regen not working.

596 posts · Joined 2007. #5 · Aug 14, 2007. DPF's and CATs will be trouble. We have been running them for over 7 years now and they continue to be high maintenance items. The active monitoring does help prolong their life, but the DPFs will get plugged. The CATs are for the most part fairly reliable.The tag on the frame shows Type M6060D right above ser number 50562. So I assumed Type and Model were the same but maybe not, then looking on the invoice from Jan 2018 it shows Model M6060HDC, I bought this thing used. The manual 3C631-9971-1 was for sale on ebay and I just missed out on it, and in the same ad they also have manual 3C631-9971-2 ...Last week I purchased a 2012 Prostar Day Cab with the Maxxforce 13 and 162,000 miles. It drove Bobtail the 100 miles from the IH dealership without issue. Now it is constantly asking for a Parked Regen, after the Parked Regen it will run for another 30 - 45 minutes and then asked for a Parked Regen again.Besides it can't hurt anything to do a parked Regen every once in while.
