I have owned several Miroku Daly shotguns. The operative word is B.C. Miroku. They make good guns now and when i got mf first one in the late 60's. Still use a superior grade skeet in 12 gauge on occasion. The Miroku Dalys were well made, hand engraved, but their trigger system ( sic: spring) left me non-plussed with frequent breakage.This 601 Charles Daly is the second one I have owned. The first one was purchased about 25 years ago. It still works like a new gun, but, after dragging it through the woods for 20 years it is in need of refurbishing. I doubt you will find a better 20 gauge in the same price range. Parts might be a problem if it breaks. But there is little chance of that if it is treated right.
