With different valving and spring's the showa's performance can be the same or if not better then the stock Ducati ohlins. The difference is really adjustability of the system and the bling factor. The Ohlins are a great product. So are the WP. Craftsmanship is definitely higher on the WP stuff and the concept in how they function differs. The Ohlins are a solid older design that works very well. The WP is a newer design that also works very well. I would encourage you to get a set through Powerband (I know I sound like a broken record).
