Sometimes power struggle helps when killer carries you trough the pallet. Power struggle is ok by its own. Not worth to put your entire build if you don't have a friend who will distract killer for you. As killer I never played against survivors abusing power struggle this hard, but I'm affraid to carry survivor trough the pallet anyway.

I think power struggle works 1/20 times if you make a build around it and 1/50 if you just randomly throw it in there. I think it's fun when it works, but it's not that valuable. Power Struggle is another teachable perk that gives survivors who wiggle to 25% progression whilst being carried the opportunity to drop a nearby pallet, stun the killer and escape their grasp.
