The 10.2 deck with a 4.25 crank will work well. Mine is 9.8 but I kept mine smaller for a single turbo. Any decent head will work.

To reach a specific boost number (over atmosphere) you have to flow more air than the engine naturally takes in. Since the larger engine consumes more air than a smaller engine, the turbo will give more boost to a smaller engine. Shaft speed is only one part of it. Sure you can put bigger turbos on and make more power or run a smaller motor but a 427 with this setup would be a great street setup. Great low end and top end.Factory iron block and crank.
