I’ve often thought it would be great to give classes to SNAP beneficiaries on how to coupon and use rebates. Coupons don't give you cash back. Big difference. If you buy drugs with the cash back then that is unethical. If you just buy more essentials then it isn't a problem. The subsidy is stretched all the same.
