This lag is only affecting FFXIV - Elemental. I have tried resetting Modem, router, using Lan Cables but nothing works. Yesterday I tried free trial VPN and it runs smoothly with 66ms latency. I am not sure if I should purchase the VPN or hope that things will get better on its own without additional VPN subscription. Probably the ISP you use passes through a really bad node nearby the game server and they haven't bothered to reroute the traffic.
