The hotel when arrived was was under massive construction , front lobby portion torn out, no continental breakfast, rooms dirty, smelled of urine and smoke, no housekeeping. They do not have good customer service. There is not a legitimate telephone number given where they can be reach. Each number gives a recording or the option key hangs up. Good customer service is the key to a good business. Beware and read the reviews before making a reservation through them. The room was modest, but a plus for the large balcony, daily cleaning, and small fridge. The breakfast was varied and good. Very few staff members spoke English; it was even difficult to communicate at the reception at times.
