The noise on the road is like a womp noise that varies upon speed. While in the air, it's like a muffled pop noise. The noise doesn't go away or change while turning or swerving. If they are worn out and sloppy they definitely could cause a jerking motion that may look like a tire wobbling and the clicking noise. You can grab them by hand and check for any play, or maybe a prybar with light pressure. If those look good check the front driveshaft. Shoot some grease into either the ball joint or the tie rod and go for a ride to work the grease into the socket. If the noise goes away, you found your bad part.Put the newly cleaned positive terminal back on first, then move to the ground side. Once the corrosion is cleaned, put the battery terminals back on the posts and see if your Ram starts. If it does, make sure to let it run for a bit just in case the battery isn't fully charged before shutting your truck off. 2.
If they’re over torqued, they’re not moving as freely as they should and I think the clunk I’m hearing is them binding up a bit. If you’re hearing it while turning right, one of yours may be over torqued also. It only happens to me when turning at speed, not while turning the wheel stationary.
Hemi 5.7. I’ve never known one to be felt in the floorboard. It’s just usually a roaring noise. Another thing you might want to inspect is the universal joints on your front driveshaft. I don’t know on that particular model if the driveshaft constantly turns or if it is disengaged when you are not in four-wheel-drive.

You may want to pull the old shocks off and go for a test drive to see if the clicking stops. Next things I would look at would be the front axle u joints and wheel bearings.
