How to remap scuf instinct pro.

My Scuf instinct pro was fine for about 4 months. Same problem. It acts like it is maping only my B button just to delete or forget the maping input instantly. Every other button doesn’t even try no white light. Never dropped it didn’t spill anything on it. I tried playing Elden ring and was going to map all my buttons and poof. Using the provided 0.9mm SCUF Key, press the reset button located on the right inside of the inner faceplate (beneath the circle button). Put the faceplate back on the controller and push to secure. I also don't see why Scuf/Corsair didn't add the ability to change how the joysticks work. I feel like this was a complete oversight for a controller marketed for PC. Since some players would probably remap the left thumb stick to wasd and the right to mouse input. I picked up a Scruf instinct pro. I checked it out in the car while I waited for my wife and a few things immediately struck me. The controller feels tiny in comparison to the Elite 1 and 2.
