Mdt xrs vs krg bravo.

A year ago I really wanted the Lss but it was about $850 here so I was convinced that I should rather get the Krg Bravo. At this moment I can't comment on whether I prefer a stock or a chassis but I do prefer the look of the chassis. I'm torn on this as there's not a lot of Bravo's here so I can't get real world comparisons from anyone here.

Mdt xrs vs krg bravo. Things To Know About Mdt xrs vs krg bravo.

The Oryx was first, and then the KRG Bravo- which the rifle still has. The Oryx is heavier, owing to the completely aluminum skeleton, and it feels more like a precision rifle chassis. The downside is that it's not very modular, and I don't get the sense that MDT is really interested in committing further resources into additional attachments ...Grand Junction, CO. I cant answer for MDT on this but I will tell you that you will want the adjustable latch if you will be switching back and forth between the AW and AICS magazines because the height will be different! In saying that, the XL had the ability to mount the m-lok weights to and more accessories (like a m-lok front bag rider) to the forend. The HS3 does have a slightly longer forend (if memory serves me) so keep that in mind too.

I have run my MTR in both the KRG Bravo and MDT XRS. For bench work I prefer the MDT. Both have adjustable combs but the MDT starts in a lower position.
