Rgb30 arkos.
That is weird. I wonder if this has anything to do with Version of the RGB30 I only recently learned about. Maybe this is more prone with one version over that of another. But this literally happened to me over the weekend when testing Rocknix and it effected both Jelos 0206 and Arkos until I reset the battery and now both work as expected again.
I have a rgb30 with ArkOS v2.0 (02/23/2024) Update, I am connecting it via HDMI to a 4K 70 inch television. When using Emulation Station the RGB30 has an output of 720p. when Retroarch launches, the output is changed to 1080p.Case B, Emulator choices. With Jelos, there seems to be more emulation choices with the various systems, I can easily navigate to system options or game options to workout which one runs a specified game the best. But with Arkos, the emulator options seem to be in retroarch and there are fewer choices meaning some games I can't get to run right ... arkos all day every day, especially because of the rgb30 issues with sleep. with arkos, enable quick mode, configure single tap of the power button to shut it down, and you mitigate power drain while still retaining something that feels like sleep. arkos also seems to deliver better n64 and dreamcast performance. Put the SD card in, it showed ArkOS logo, and the whole screen just stay dark. Its a brand new sandisk 32GB SD card. what can be the problem? I also tried to use linux, and install the image to a 32GB sd card, it still have the same problem. showed arkOS logo, and then screen go black. I tried to install JELOS the latest from the developer's page.
I was considering trying ArkOS but thought I’d give a factory reset a go first. So far it seems to have fixed the issue. My device is still running the latest version of JELOS after the reset but the sound is working as expected now. I have no idea if this will introduce other problems but so far everything seems ok. 1.

Open game and then go to the Quick Menu for Retroarch (Select + X buttons) > On-Screen Overlay > Overlay Preset > Choose cfg file. Save the override on the content folder or per game basis.
