From the ‘60s to mid- ‘80s, the .357 magnum revolver was the sidearm of choice for law enforcement and security officers. All other things being equal the 6" will have better potential accuracy due to the longer sight radius. But the difference is small and accuracy is going to be more dependent on the shooters abilities.
