Tivo flashing lights of death.
Took about 1 hour from opening the Tivo, installing, setup, and calling Xfinity to pair the cable card. I'm now up and running with a working Tivo again. I'm sad that I lost all of my recording, but oh well. I had the same problem with all of the lights flashing.
