Initially we were considering hiring a car but as I secured accommodation very close to the train station, I’m wondering if it would be an inconvenience... Fuengirola is nice when the sun shines, quieter than Benidorm. Entertainment in Fuengirola is very low key. Few places have a music licence and the police raid now and then. It's not too bad in an hotel, but even then much of the entertainment is below par. I like Fuengirola in the Summer, 3 euro on the train from the airport.
