At the bottom of the page in Additional Information: A player may only be the Overseer for one Settlement at a time. It is possible to have more settlements in different saves, but they will be glitchy. Oh for sure. The buildings tell you what’s up. But every settlement has 6 features that you can view in your settlement details.
