Every time I picked it up, I would play Junimo Kart. I finally hit above 50k in endless mode yesterday, but I find it's easier to practice in the progression mode since you do start with 3 lives. The main thing is just figuring out how long you have to press for the length of each jump, which I didn't find the easiest to do.
