A friend of mine in a server had to create a new account after the first was hacked a while back, and we wanted to see if there's a way to transfer the harem over. He isn't able to access his old account at the moment.

Unfortunately, no. Even the wiki tells you that once you sort out of chronological order, you can't revert back to that. There’s no way to sort them chronologically after you’ve sorted another way. Sadly no... The only way is to know this in advance and note the characters with numbers based on their claim time.
