Clean them of oil and debris and mark them with 2 different colors of paint across the cable end and the piece they connect to, then take a good picture of those termination points.Dull blades, improper deck adjustment, uneven tire pressure. Sharpen or replace blades, adjust deck and tire pressure. Common, Moderate. Faulty battery, alternator, and wiring connections. Clogged fuel filter, carburetor problems, insufficient airflow. Replace the filter, clean or repair the carburetor, ensure proper airflow.Clean around the outside of your carburetor bowl before removing the screw from the bottom of the bowl. Have a rag available to catch any remaining gas in the bowl. When you remove the bowl, be careful not to damage the o-ring that sits between the bowl and the carburetor. This o-ring looks like a rubber band.
