The 300 page doc is notes were typed up from several users on here and also verified by several users, from watching the KhanAcademy videos for the P/S section, which KhanAcademy is verified by the AAMC. I've heard so many people say to toss the Kaplan book for P/S because it just simply doesn't go as in depth as you need it to be.

Tbh I did not like the 300 pg document at all. A lot of psych terms are just fancy words for stuff that is common sense. I felt the 300 pg document was bloated with too much fluff and images that didn't help. I liked the 86 pg doc because it just got straight to the point.
