Proving ground was a nice little surprise to find in Columbia. I was looking for a coffee shop that was a halfway meeting point for me in STL and my friend in Millstadt, IL, and this was perfect. The inside is super cute and cozy and all the workers were really friendly. I especially enjoyed my pumpkin cold brew.
