Since meteoric blade the closest to double moonveil pre ng+ its my choice. Was thinking rivers of blood, but just go full bleed at that point with how stretched out the dex/int/arc leaving much less to invest in vig. If you're a god gamer who can dodge everything go for it … 😅 If you're focusing on pvp, you may want to move more points into arcane and use the bleed infusion to build up bleed as fast as possible since bleed bypasses defense when it procs. If you're more interested in purely pve, you may want to go for a keen infusion and Seppuku, Chilling Mist, or just greases. Hope that helps.
