The majority of transformations have built-in pro's and con's that have to be weighed with their use. Each of them has strengths and weaknesses that need to be taken into consideration to best optimise their use. Even examples such as Super Saiyan God and Potential Unleashed encourage specific play styles, despite their lack of inherent downsides.
000 - Max Stamina. 050 - Basic Attacks. 040 - Strike Supers. 070 - Ki Blast Supers. That's a good blend of it all. It makes your Basic Attacks and Strike Supers viable while making your Ki Blast Supers plenty powerful. Frieza's Race are generally Ki Blast and Melee characters. Because of their low Strike damage below-average HP. They can be played as glass cannons brawlers. This build should work in both PVP and PVE. <Stats>. HP - 20 - Remaining points. SP - 42 - Needed for Evasive Skills. Ki - Ignore. So since you can go up to 125 in a stat, a male Saiyan gets 125 in Strike Supers, and a female Saiyan gets it in Ki Blast Supers.

Female Saiyans have the 3rd highest damage output in Strike Supers of any gender/race. Female Saiyans are in the mid-tier of speed values with values below that of Friezas and Majin Females. Saiyans receive a zenkai boost of +7.5% damage to all attacks when low health or revived. Body Characteristics.
There's really no specific build that makes you the king of PvE as long as you don't go and do something stupid. Plus, builds are fake. There's something of a 12% difference between 0 and 125 points, so the worst builds will only slightly gimp you. EDIT: Unless you're a Saiyan. In that case, 125 in Ki Blast and spam BBK.
