Put in your loaded magazine, pull the slide all the way back, and then let it go like you were shooting a slingshot. Don't ease the slide forward; manhandle it. Yank it back, and let it fly! On the first rack it didn't load completely, so I pressed on the slide and it racked. Fired my shot and it didn't rack again, but this time it was severely jammed. Cleared the jam, racked again and same thing happened, wouldn't fully rack.
