Suggested build for level 80 thief. I reached level 80 on my core thief and feel rather useless in pve group content. I do own the first 2 expansions but haven't chosen an elite spec. I use a sword main hand dagger offhand, shortbow as secondary weapon. Starting out I was going for condition but over time have started gravitating towards power.
The build is a bit trickier to use than the deadeye, but in peak content it is overall better. To use the staff, you'll want to do the following: 1: Dodge twice to get the damage buff with bounding dodger. 2: Use Weakening Charge, then use steal when the animation begins.Deadeye - Marauder Rifle. Posted October 7, 2018. You make a deadeye. Pick the trait to stealth on dodge with a rifle. Pick shadow arts as another trait. The last trait u want is trickery for intiative. And take shadow meld as the elite skill. Now you can just dodge with rifle and gain stealth. U could also take the heal skill that gives stealth and blinding powder.
