If you take a quest from the notice-board they are listed under J as side quests. Take one from an NPC in the town, they get listed as 'Story'. It's those quest that seem to send me to find a tiny object in a huge area.. They do show up in inspector mode. They have their name displayed in yellow/gold.I have seen a few videos that show al kind of info on people in the village's when they use inspector mode L-Alt. But i have not seen this yet, i see the feathers and plants and the animals, but not any info on people. Do i do something wrong, or do i need a skill or so?Also maybe your alt key isn't working. So I want to maximize output as much as I can. Hold Left Alt while near them to go in the Inspector Mode. Not as far as I know. You can have a "small talk" with them and ask about their skills, but you can't see the exact stats. The way I do this is to quicksave before recruiting and load the save if I don't like them.
