In my 300 blk bolt action CZ 527 with 16" barrel, I had better chrono data and groups with 1680 and Lil gun than I did with CFE blackout for the 220 grain subsonic loads I typically shoot. While testing was limited, during the same range session I tried ladder loads with all 3 powders with the same brass, bullets and primers.

I'm shooting a Remington 700 AAC-SD in .300 Blackout with a 16" barrel. The loads were producing a 2.2" group at 300 meters. If you want more velocity/expansion I'd go with a 110 or 125 pill..300 Whisper / .300 AAC Blackout / .300 Blackout (Accurate Data) reloading data with 74 loads. Lyman has an AR only manual, but then it uses Lyman molds. The first part of the manual is a good read. Go to Johnny's Reloading Bench on YouTube for the best 300 Blackout videos. Lyman 50th Edition has data for 160gr #311672 and 180gr #311332 using Rx7, H4198, IMR-3031, H335 and AA2230.
Hodgdon's reloading site shows 1680 fps for a 13.4 grain starting load with Lil' Gun (this is for a 180 gr. bullet). So, I will probably load a few at 10.0 grains and a few at 11.0 and see how they shoot. For the 220 gr. round, it says 8.4 grains is max @ 1062 fps.
