Check out Boco buildings- they have put up a few in my area, and they put one up for me at just a few $ more then the Menards building kit- it was a no brainer. I have no idea where the quotes would be now, that was 2 years ago. They are out of OK. All I had to do was get the pad level, and make sure they had electricity for their drills and saws.
