There was a storm yesterday night and it is still raining, so it's a Rio thing, but idk if power shortages like this happening sometimes after storms is something exclusive to here tho, maybe it is. It's also apparently already back, although I wonder about the chances of it happening again since it's still raining. Power outages are a way of life here in Puerto Rico. They have always happened. And they always will. We just go with the flow (and have personal backup power systems). The fact that the power stayed on during the 7" of rainfall, flooding and landslides that we had yesterday was a nice surprise.
