Verde just needs 100% CR and enough HP to stay alive. As your runes improve, you can upgrade Verd to more of a damage dealer - but for your first team, it's not required. Maxing slot 3 and grinding any hp% or def% subs that happen to be on the set could allow Verde to survive a hit. Rifts are also pretty funny because you only need rage on your main damage dealer and the casual grind for fight runes can give you SSS on its own. I started farming tricaru runes as soon as I had A+ on rift beasts. I 2a’d raoq first for necro then Kro for rift beasts and giants and those two + twins let me consistently farm beasts. Most of my runes I got from drops not crafting though. I spent easily over 20k energy (and that’s lowballing it) on rune farming for them.

This kinda works. My isillen has kinda crap runes. 1:20-1:30 run. Which is standard for beginner tricaru users. I have a lushen lead so a little bit slower without. If i put my top tier sets on him it'll be sub minute or less. Sorry for the late response.

Got lucky and pulled twins, my first priority was clearing GB12, I farmed for a week or two, after a lot of testing I was able to clear SS in water reliably (about 40% of the time SSS), and now I'm just farming it until I get a LOT of water and then I might just settle for A+ in light and farm until I get Tricaru runes.
I have zero determination runes on my tricaru team. I threw a bunch of left over runes with high def%, some speed and some accuracy. Crafted 2 or 3 guard def% runes and that was it. I wouldn't say the rune requirements are low but most C2 and above players would not find them difficult. If you can farm DB12 with a slow team with Elsharion to get 6* star guard runes you can do it. I didn't even farm those for tricaru runes, I just kept every rune with def% sub and rolled them. He does not have a skin while the other two Icarus with ~50% ACC have one. ...
