For the Building up a base part, I don't want Base walls to be climbable, it'd just ruin it. I'm all for bolt cutters, so you have to make a decision about carrying them incase you find a base, but I don't want to spend a lot of time building a base for people just to jump the walls and take my stuff.How do you rotate the fence?
