DS2 Zwei is worse comparing side by side. No more 2h pancake, which was a PVE killer. That's reserved for greathammers. However, the Zwei in DS2 has the third longest reach in the game and is one of the lightest ultra greatswords. Decent damage but more importantly, excellent versatile moveset one and two handed.

It's hard to beat the Drakeblood Greatsword in terms of DPS, especially for a build with high Dex. A Moonlight Greatsword is as strong or stronger than the Mastodon Greatsword in an Int build. The Defender Greatsword is incredibly powerful for a Faith build.
