In my experience, the GFTA-3 overemphasizes a couple sounds (/r/ being one of them) so errors with those particular sounds can artificially weaken a score. It's likely your daughter will qualify for school-based services. They'll use that standard score to get her qualified, regardless of how questionable that score may be.
