So I got up to this quest on my level 34 lock, got to Blasted Lands, ran the gauntlet of the elites everywhere en route, ran through a barrier and got ported out to the graveyard nearby! err what was that all about, so I tried again, ported back to the graveyard ^^I think they may now port to Blasted Lands, but I can't remember for certain. I also do not remember if the dark portal will throw you in Draenor or Outland. I can't think of a specific toy or item that can take you directly there, though. The closest you may be able to get is using the portal to Shatt in Org/SW.

But as of now, IF I remember correctly, you will have to build your garrison lvl1 for it to appear.
