4 day work week is great but 11/12 hour work days are tough, especially since it’s a lot of physical work. You have to start very early if you want to get done at a decent time. They will keep adding more and more stops to your route but you will not get paid more. Customers prices randomly change, which leads to a lot of upset customers.
