@connorhandrigan this is not a bug in Franchise. You have to unlock the Equip X Factor under the Offensive Coordinator Coach talent tree for Offensive X Factor Players and the same goes for Defensive X Factor players under the Defensive Coordinator talent treeve to activate (kudos to @iamReneGT for providing this information).Bugs and glitches prevent you from being able to go a full 30 years in Madden 22. Sucks. Offline save and backup saves is the only way to go with this game. Otherwise it's like driving without insurance. Hi yall, Not sure if my save is glitch or not but after the first season and I am in free agency to sign for a new team, once I chose a team and confirm it will just freeze for a bit and back out to the main menu.
