I have a 660 new Holland baler that is a auto wrap baler. The twine arms were wore out so I replace them with one that I got from a equipment salvage yard this winter. The cones seem to be in good shape. I have put up several bales, but now the bale won't grab the twine to start tying the bale. Depending on the baler model the tension system relief vavle determines how much pressure is built in the system. 2400 is the maximum pressure for a 648. I would avoid loosening any lines. It's like a bale of haylage not long strands. The extra remote is really needed. I bought a tractor with three remotes to run it.The 851 makes an ok bale, but they don't pack them real tight. If you look at yours you will probably find that the edges are rounded off. Those are what grabs the hay and gets it rolling.
