Defense in f2p pking isn't all that great to have since it's going to get your cb lvl higher then it would be if you had 40 ranged and 1 defense since all the pures will have higher combat stats then you. P2p on the other hand a tank would be good for but basically at higher combat lvl. (85+ ranged and maybe 40 Def would be good to start pking) 1.

99 ranged, probably around 75 defense to stay in a lower bracket, 75 attack and 74 prayer for rigour. Could stay at 70 defense and just get elite void but 75 would be good for tanking and keep you in lower bracket. 99 strength if you want to do ballista to gmaul or ags.
