Depends on what you want, Arma 3 has a huge amount of mods and content, is a mil-sim game with a campaign, pvp multiplayer and pve multiplayer. DayZ is a survival game with player interactions and realistic (to some extend) take on gunplay, inventory management, hunger/thirst etc. Mods just became a thing so it's still very much behind on content.

I have a PS5 and played Dayz on PS4 too and I can say this: It looks better, It loads quicker, the texture pop in are minimal and it's still broken as fuck. I would rather play on PS5 because at it looks visibly better but it's the same core console problems. I can't even imagine trying to play this game on a console.
