Kosmos comes with a ton of crap that I don't need (ex. sigpatches, additional sysmodules etc) and its a pain in the ass to get rid of that stuff every time kosmos/sdfiles gets an update. It is not a sigpatches issue, probably a sysmodules issue. Delete your atmosphere and sept folder and grab some clean ones
