I've figured the best platform for me would be NinjaTrader because I'm following Mack's Price Action Trading and they offer a bunch of additional add-ins and a discount for NinjaTrader only. I am still a bit lost on why people connect their Interactive Brokers account to their NinjaTrader account.

They have Tradingview and Tradovate as an option. Other prop firm usually use Ninjatrader. If you are used to charting in Tradingview it may be an option to consider Elite Trader Funding. Additionally they have EOD drawdown rule (End of day) whereas some prop firm offer max trailling drawdown rule.NinjaTrader Brokerage is terrible from an "account management" perspective. Tradovate is great, online platform is surprisingly decent, and you can get a CQG connection to any platform that supports it. There's direct (i.e., non-CQG) integration with Jigsaw Daytradr and with TradingView (since I believe 2 weeks ago).
