I feel like finishing the game soon enough to see the whole story and it's ending but this game has such a high replay value for me so far and I honestly want to create another save file for it without autosaves or overwriting the same save file I completed the game with, if that's possible with BotW.

You'll just have name the one you want to play Game and the other something else. 1.
