The blend door behind the steering column had apparently failed. It would click, but no movement was visible. I replaced the actuator with an AutoZone brand (Duralast, IIRC), which restored my heat... for the most part. The actuator would not move until I turned the heat to the 74 degree mark, at which point it equated to roughly 60 degrees.

Finaly a few months before the warranty expired they performed a blend door actuator test and found the left actuator failed so they replaced it under warranty. The part # 68299450-AA I believe.
