Gmc sierra ticking noise when accelerating.

I started to try and isolate the problem. Upon acceleration the tick gets louder, and chirp is intermittent as if it was a pulley issue. I replaced the tensioner puller, but both noises continued. I removed the serpentine belt and started the truck, both noises are still present. I noticed the lower balancer pulley to be a bit out of true .wierd clicking noise when accelerating.
