Jun 9, 2020 · wizkid00104. I have an 08 with a battery from 2018 which is normal lead acid. Your best bet would be to remove the battery to confirm it is a lead acid. I believe they use Yuasa batteries. If it’s lead acid, the battery tender is fine. If by chance it is a lithium ion battery, you need a tender that is compatible with lithium ion.
Ok, first locate the diff on the rear axle. Now looking at the rear diff from the right hand side. There should be 3 bolts holding a rear gear case cover on, remove those first to access the lower part of the diff. I realize this is a Suzuki site so might be biased. Going to look at an 06 King quad 700 in like new condition for $4000. Also looking at a Polaris 500 sportsman 2008 for the same price. I ride an LTZ 400 great quad but need more comfort. Wife rides a Polaris sportsman 500, it's ok. Once again, I much appreciate the feedback. Now I could be wrong on were it's at on this atv I havnt really looked ...
